WELDERS & METALWORKERS WANTED – MULTIPLE POSITIONS IN THE NETHERLANDS (Start: 07.07.2025)
Are you an experienced welder or metalworker looking for stable, full-time employment? We are offering several exciting job opportunities in industries such as shipbuilding, event construction, machine building, and luxury yacht fabrication. All positions start on July 7, 2025.
Available Positions:
🔹 TIG Welder – Aluminum / Stainless Steel (RVS)

TIG welding of thin aluminum or stainless steel sheets (2–8 mm)

Work on event trusses or repetitive stainless steel components
-
Requirements: TIG welding experience, precision, ability to work independently
🔹 MIG/MAG Welder – Black Steel
-
Welding with 135, 136, 138 methods (steel 3–12 mm)
-
High-quality welding with 100% inspection
-
Valid welding certificates required
🔹 Plate Fitter – Shipbuilding
-
Assembly of aluminum plates for casco boats
-
Based on technical drawings, small welds and fitting work in teams
🔹 Thin Sheet Metal Welder
-
MIG/MAG welding of sheet metal (0.5 – 3 mm)
-
Work from drawings in a modern, automated environment
-
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset required
🔹 MIG/MAG + TIG Welder & Assembler
-
Manufacturing parts for agricultural machines (milking systems)
-
Welding in steel and stainless steel, based on technical drawings
-
Experience with 135, 138, and 141 welding required
🔹 Aluminum Fabricator / Welder – Yacht Industry
-
MIG welding and fabrication of aluminum components for luxury yachts
-
Work independently from drawings, assemble and finish high-quality parts
🔹 Structural Fabricator / Welder – Shipbuilding
-
Workshop-based fabrication and on-board installation of steel structures
-
Work includes cutting, welding (MIG/MAG/TIG/stick), assembly, and quality control
-
Tasks may include maintenance or repair work on inland vessels
Start Date: 07.07.2025
Working Hours: Between 06:00–16:30 depending on the position
Working Time: 40 to 48 hours per week
Net Salary: €580 – €640 per week (for 40 hours)
Salary depends on the position, experience, and certification level.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in one or more welding techniques (TIG, MIG/MAG, Stick)

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Valid welding certificates (required for some roles)

English language minimum level B1

Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
