TREE NURSERY
About the job:
A tree nursery specializes in several types of trees that all have to be grown and pruned in their own way. A nurseryman grows street trees, avenue trees, park trees, multi-stem trees, topiary trees, climbing trees, fruit trees and climate trees. The trees are sold to landscaping companies, municipalities, private individuals and traders. The trees are also exported. The trees are grown in the open air, in the open ground.
Duties:
- Work at grubbing team, it consists of three people: one operator on the tree grubber and two employees for preparing netting and jute and packing the rootballs with nets and jute
- Keep in mind that it can occasionally rain in the Netherlands. Rain gear is available and it almost never rains all day. And that one time it rains all day, work is often provided in the barn.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to work long-term job in the open air
- Experience in Agriculture
- Drivers license B category
We offer:
- Salary 12 eur / h before taxes
- Working hours: Monday – Friday from 7:30 – 17:00 o clock (sometimes on Saturdays)
