Experienced butchers earn 15 euros per hour, with a 36-40 hour working week
Inexperienced earn 12.79 euros per hour, with a 36-40 hour working week
DESCRIPTION
As an (all-round) production employee slaughterhouse, your work consists of slaughtering, cutting and cutting meat, of course in accordance with the latest quality, hygiene and safety regulations.
As a Slaughterer your job looks like this:
- Guiding animals to slaughter; animal slaughter;
- Removing and/or cleaning parts of the carcass (skin, organs, fat and bones);
- Inspecting the meat for damage, excess fat, etc. and removing this;
- Cutting out carcasses for further processing.
As a Kanter, your function looks like this:
- The edging, dividing and customer-oriented cutting of the meat.
As a Deboner your function looks like this:
- Boning of various parts;
- The (knife-skilled) division of carcasses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience- good to have
- Willing to learn and stay longterm
- Dutch, English or German language knowledge (only 1 required)
- Professional attitude with safety and hygiene as priority
