Job description:
The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Project Administrator and data entry specialist. In this role you will be responsible for supporting several projects in the company. The job includes working with overseas managers, monitoring progress, maintaining project documentation and ensuring timely assignments.
Main tasks:
- Being the main contact with the company’s management
- Monitor and track project progress using various tools and software (full software training will be provided)
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including notes, reports and other relevant materials (in the company’s IT system)
- Ensure all project deadlines are met by following assigned tasks
- Communicating with the manager about any questions or delays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination between different departments
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Good English and Latvian language skills – both oral and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Basic skills with MS Office Suite, project management and/or accounting software
We offer:

- Salary 1350 – 1450 EUR/month gross
- Planned start of employment is in April, 2025.
