About the job offer and duties:
As a Mechanic at our client, you will be working on installations which vary from propulsion, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, through to fire extinguishing and bilge systems. No two days are the same! Once you have proven your expertise with regard to mechanical installations, you will quickly gain responsibility and freedom to conduct your own work autonomously. You will therefore be given all possible freedom to create something beautiful, with the necessary attention, precision and concentration. You derive great satisfaction from that attention for detail and passion for craftsmanship. As well as the pride you feel for the end results, once the yacht is delivered.
Independently measuring and preparing for the mounting of technical installations. Installation and commissioning on the basis of diagrams and/or drawings. Installing pipelines of various materials, specifications and material options such as compression, welded and flange fittings.
- Good knowledge of English
- Professional Experience: Prior experience as a mechanic, pipe fitter, or machinist, preferably in yacht building
We offer:
- Salary 14.87 eur/h gross
- The employment contract will be signed with an employer in the Netherlands
