Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Language – Swedish (Fluent/Native) – Oral and written skills

Scope of position:

  • To offer through a positive and professional attitude, a means of attention to the several issues faced in his/her daily work, always favouring attention to users in an optimal and proactive way

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service
  • Daily admin of customer service errands
  • Follow established routines and processes according to our management system
  • Notify deviations and suggest improvements to the management system

Personal skills:

  • Is structured, solution-oriented, meticulous and has a good level of service
  • Together with your colleagues, be involved in developing and digitizing processes
  • Service comes naturally to you and you like numbers and working against deadlines
  • Has a post-secondary education in finance administration
  • Accounting knowledge is a merit

System knowledge:

  • Entré
  • MDM
  • Office package

Work tasks:

  • Staff switchboard according to current procedures
  • Monitor and ensure that the cases do not remain in the case management system
  • Create orders in the entrance and convey cases via case management system
  • Help with other administrative customer centre related task
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Managing error reports from customer case management system
  • Register workorders and convey to the districts
  • Update data in Telenor
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing checking before invoices are released, crediting manages common email basket invoice request handle debt collection deviating invoices
  • Manage your inbox for customer admin, register customers in MDM
  • Entre update and change customer registrations of facility registration of new agreements, adjustment
  • Manage layoff and exits activity
  • Handling error in invoice
  • Registration of new projects
