Cleaner (32–40 hours) – Arnhem
Location: Arnhem and various locations across the Netherlands
Salary: €2,500 – €2,800 gross per month
Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

Young and growing property management company based in Arnhem. We manage and maintain fully furnished homes for expats at various locations throughout the Netherlands. Our work includes regular cleaning, deep cleaning when tenants move out, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with property inspections. You’ll be part of a small and close-knit team of 6 colleagues, ensuring expats can live worry-free in clean and well-maintained homes.
What will you do?
You are responsible for keeping the homes we manage clean and tidy. This includes both regular cleaning and deep cleaning when tenants move out.
Your tasks include:
• Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting
• Reporting any special issues or maintenance needs
• Occasionally assisting with light tidying or property inspections
What do we ask of you?
• You have a valid driver’s license (B)
• You have experience in the cleaning industry
• You work independently, accurately, and reliably
• You care about delivering truly clean results
• You speak basic English
What do we offer?
• A position for 32 to 40 hours per week
• A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,800 (depending on experience)
• A company car or van, also for commuting
• A room in the Arnhem area arranged by us (shared with others) costs €112,- per week
