DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a family business. They have 65 years of experience in automotive history. They are looking for 4 workers (2 vacancies in Tienen and 2 in Aarschot).
You are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of Renault and Dacia cars. Examples of the tasks you will be performing:
- – Installing electrical and electronic systems in cars (GPS, radio, alarm system,…)
- – Aligning engine
- – Changing and repairing tyres
- – Changing oil
- – Aligning wheels
- – Checking transmission, clutch, suspension,…
- – Repair systems such as ABS, Airbags,…
- – Find defects with testing and diagnostic tools
- – Prepare cars for technical check
- – Small repairs and large repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Own car is necessary (travel commute is compensated)
- Education/training in automotive mechanics (Renault or Dacia experience is a plus)
- Tidy and neat work is important
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Flexibility
- Good English skills
- Willingness to learn Dutch
WE OFFER:
- Salary between 13,50 – 16,50 EUR/h gross depending on experience (1625-1986 EUR/month NET minus accomodation cost)
- 39 h/week Monday to Friday, overtime available
- Only day shift
- Contract with Belgian job agency, after 12 months contract with the car company
- Housing is 75 -90 EUR/week (incl. electricity, water, gas)
- The company is closed for Christmas and New Years holiday and for few weeks in summer
- Travel costs to Belgium are self paid
