CHEF MONTEUR NETHERLANDS

In the role of a Chef monteur, you will lead a team of technicians in assembling and installing complex systems or components. Under the supervision of a workshop manager or project leader, your responsibilities will include preparing work execution plans, creating detailed drawings, installing electrical systems, testing installations, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will also manage the supply of equipment and materials, maintain cleanliness on the construction site, attend meetings, provide guidance to employees, and advise management on personnel matters.
