You are entitled to reject processing of your personal data and refuse provision of information; however, in this case your further participation in the selection process is not possible.
The legitimate interest of the data controller to process your personal data arises from the obligation of providing evidence in the case of a potential claim, as well as ensuring of its commercial interests. Although you are entitled to revoke your consent at any moment, the data will be processed until expiration of the statutory limitation period determined for the particular situation. The revocation of consent also does not affect the data processing carried out until such revocation, i.e., past activities, which are based on your given consent for data processing, cannot be changed.
The categories of recipients of personal data are – directly authorized persons of the data controller – employees of the data controller, potential employers – holders of indicated vacancies, also including foreign entities, as well as state and municipal authorities and officials, and courts in the cases stipulated by the law. Your personal data will be stored until achieving the purpose of data processing, i.e., until establishment of respective employment legal relations and ensuring of legitimate interests of the data controller for a period of up to 10 years, namely, until expiration of the statutory limitation period.
